Shipping 

We ship worldwide! All International orders go via either UK Royal Mail International Standard or a courier such as DHL. These take up to 10 working days but may be longer due to the seasonal delays. International orders may be subject to local import tax due to the UK leaving the EU. 

 

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Second Class. Our lead time from ordering to shipping is approx 1-4 days depending on my stock! However I always try to dispatch within 72 hours. Delivery can take anything upwards of 3 days - Royal Mail may experience delays due to Christmas or Covid. I can't guarantee delivery for a certain date due to this - please make sure you leave enough time to receive your item if its for a gift on a certain day.

Your candle is wrapped in tissue paper along with a craft card explaining what is in each one. They are then wrapped in bubble wrap - not very 'plastic-free' I know but this is definitely the best way to ensure your candles arrive in tip-top condition. The parcel box is sometimes recycled  - I don't like waste if I can avoid it!
